January 28th, 2012I have very good reason to be concerned with the kind of energy we use in our home. That reason is my beautiful children. Aaron and Becky. I want them to inherit a planet that’s clean and healthy and not polluted or in danger. They’ll have children too one day will need to be worried about the same issue. We can’t just ignore the facts.
The good news is it’s always getting more affordable to install environmentally friendly energy solutions. Last year we converted part of our home to solar space heating. Capturing the sun’s rays and simply heating up water to run through your home you can help heat your house. It also takes care of our hot water needs. You know what the savings of this is? Almost 50% of our former energy bill. Solar space heating is a great idea.
My hope is as more people learn about better ways to take care of ourselves, we’ll leave a healthy planet behind.

January 27th, 2012I have some words for you this morning about SQL training courses and education. I earnestly hope you will pay attention to them. I did study structured query language and relational database design in college. From this experience I walked away believing that an intensive workshop course is probably the best way to teach the material. This is especially true of relational database design. When you begin to understand the concepts of entities and relationships, you have half the battle won. It’s great to continue that momentum and keep studying. I also strongly recommend an instructor led SQL course. People often need individual attention to explain what can be confusing rules and logic. I’d go a step further and learn server operating systems like Linux and others. Add to that the most popular scripting languages, and you have the backbone of the web. You’ll find that these and SQL are powerful.

Always Drive Safe when You Are out on the Road
January 27th, 2012There are many people out driving on the road today. Most people have at least one car that they own or lease. Families usually at least have two cars due to the demands of raising children. My family has two cars. It is very important to be safe while you are driving. My husband works far away from home and I tell him to drive safe every morning. You never know if you are driving around other safe drivers. So many accidents happen each day. My husband got into two car wrecks last year. Luckily, no one was hurt. The car did end up totaled though. Hopefully this year no one in our family gets in a car wreck. With one of his accident a lady ran a red light and hit my husband’s car. Traffic light contractors need to make sure all lights are working properly. The lady that hit my husband swears her light was also green.

Exercise Equipment at Home is a Good Idea
January 26th, 2012I always liked to exercise ever since I got out of high school and stopped being a varsity player. The reason why I fell in love with it is because I became so fat my first year of college and I had to do something to keep the weight off. Not just for vanity but for health reasons as well. After my late teen years up to my early twenties it became harder and harder for me to find the time to keep on working out. This is when I decided that I may be best if I have my own exercise equipment at home that way I will always be able to have the time. The best part of it is, the things that take time away from the gym are now integrated into my routine like watching television and playing with my kids because that all could be done while I am exercising at home.

Recently, I was able to win a bid auction for a vacation package to Miami, Florida. The package that I won featured accommodations in an art deco hotel located right on the strip in South Beach. The hotel was built in the nineteen thirties but was completely refurbished in 2009. My room overlooked South Beach. I spent my days soaking up the rays on the white Florida sands. The water surrounding Miami is so blue it mimics the sky. I also enjoyed doing some serious people watching while in Miami. This city, and particularly South Beach, is a hot spot for the best beach bodies in the world. Do not be surprise if you see Speedos and skimpy bikini bathing suites all over the place. Participating in and winning this bid auction was such a great idea.
My Friend Told Me About a Great Burbank Electrician
January 26th, 2012After my friend got into a fix with her electrics she told me about this great Burbank electrician who really helped her out. She’s really quite useless most of the time and did not know what to do when her wiring blew and she had no electrics, talk about making a drama out of it, anyway in the end she found this firm who sorted everything out for her. Apparently they were so good that she decided that all of her friends needed to have their details just in case anything ever happened to us. Most of us thought yeah ok anything to keep her happy and let her think she has done something that is useful for all of us not just herself and she has been able to help us rather than us helping her all the time. Anyway it turns out that she was right, I had to call them this week and they are great and I am glad that I had the number easily to hand.
